Wellesley, MA – Located in the heart of the Wellesley foothills, this 7,800-square-foot home encompasses a beautiful blend of family-friendly living and elevated style. Tiffany and the LeBlanc Design Team worked on enhancing and streamlining the common spaces, the kitchen, dining room, living room, and basement lounge area.
Entertaining space was essential for this couple when purchasing the home. To elevate the guest and homeowner experience, Tiffany and her team designed a custom bar in the dining room featuring beautiful, wood cabinetry and a soft yet playful stone surround to encase it within the wall. Layers of soft colors are spread throughout the first level of the home to provide a curated and sophisticated feel.
The lower level was a place where the client and Tiffany felt more vibrant fabrics and finishes could inject a spark into what could be a dull basement. Custom iron shelving units and plum-colored cabinetry allow the space to be used formally, while the sofa and chairs offer a welcoming lounging experience.
