Belmont, MA – Embarking on the journey of renovating a colonial house steeped in history and character, designer Tiffany and the LeBlanc Design Team approached the challenge with a vision to infuse the classic space with the eclectic charm of a well-traveled soul. The past and the present converge in a celebration of family history and transitional design. With a nod to cherished heirlooms and a palette of vibrant colors woven into wallcoverings and textured fabrics, the space is a true reflection of the homeowner’s unique blend of tradition and style.
This project encompasses a full-scale renovation, significantly transforming living spaces and the kitchen, as well as the addition of multiple bathrooms, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. In the sitting room, a navy-weaved wallcovering anchors the sitting area and warm-toned millwork partners with camel armchairs to lighten the space. The renovated kitchen emerges as a vibrant sanctuary- boasting clean lines while open shelving, adorned with an array of ceramics and antique pieces, adds a touch of bohemian whimsy. From the living room to the kitchen to the dining room and beyond, every inch of this curated home is alive with personality and charm, offering a delightful surprise around each turn.
